Answer :

  • Perimeter of triangle is 12x + 3

Given :

  • The sides of a triangle are 3x + 1 , 4x + 2 and 5x

To find :

  • Perimeter of triangle

Solution :

  • First side = 3x + 1
  • Second side = 4x + 2
  • Third side = 5x

As we know that,

  • Perimeter of triangle = Sum of all sides

➼ Perimeter of side = 3x + 1 + 4x + 2 + 5x

➼ 3x + 1 + 4x + 2 + 5x

➼ 12x + 3

Hence , Perimeter of triangle is 12x + 3

More Explanation :

  • Area of triangle = ½ × base × height
  • Perimeter of triangle = Sum of all sides
