total lenght of rope 75 m

lenght of 1 piece 21/1 m = 21 m only

so divide lenght of total rope by lenght of 1 piece to get the answer..

which is

75/21

=3 with remainder 12

so total equal pieces is 3 and 12 meter is left

I tried my best to answer..
