No, I think Riya is wrong as because as she is eligible to vote she must vote one representative as this his one of her right given by the constitution of India. She must utilise the rights as they are made to give equal voting rights. Voting for anyone representative is important as if for reason like mentioned above people start avoiding the vote then there can come a stage when the monarchy will restablish and the domecratic government will vanish.
