2x - 2 = 0

x = +1 ( in reactant side )

And x = 0 ( in product side )

So oxid. number decreased from +1 to 0

Hence Lead gets reduced...

Now Checking for C....

In reactant side....

y = 0

And now in product side....

y + 2(-2) = 0

y -4 = 0

y = +4
