because the clothes made of nylon or polyester catch fire very easily.

the clothes which are made up of the nylon or polyester they easily get catch with the fire and they pass the fire all over the cloth very easily so they burn whole clothes and even us. so, the clothes made up of nylon or polyester are not worn while working in the kitchen.
