Answer is :-

p(x)=ax^2-6x-6

Here a=a, b=-6, c=-6

 as \: given \: \alpha \times  \beta  = 4

we \: know \: that \:  \alpha  \times  \beta  =  \frac{c}{a}

4 =  \frac{ - 6}{a}

a =  \frac{ - 6}{4}

a =   \frac{ - 3}{2}
