comparing these two equations we have 

voltage amplitude a=10 ,

ω=1000 , 

and ϕ=0

1) reactance of inductor x=Lω

so x(inductor)=0.1×1000

x=100Ω

2) as the circuit is resistive and inductive only so impedence of circuit is :

z=(x2+R2)0.5

so z=(10000+10000)0.5

z=100×2

z=1002

3)peak value of current in circuit i=141.410=0.07A

4) phase difference tan(ϕ)=Rx

tan(ϕ)=100100=1

ϕ=tan−1(1)
