A. Army tanks are very heavy. Rubber tires cannot bear the weight. If we use metal tires without steel belt. there will be high pressure and the tank will go into the ground.

If we use wide steel belt, the pressure will be divided on a large area and that's why we use wide steel belt over the wheels of army tanks.
