Step-by-step explanation:

GIVEN:length of the rectangular park= 45m

breadth of the rectangular park= 30

length of the path = 2.5m

area of the path= (area of the rectangular park+ area of the path)-(area of the rectangular park)

={(45+2.5)×(30+2.5)} - (45×30)

=(47.5× 32.5) - 1350

= 1543.75 - 1350

=193.75m

area of the park =l×b 45×30= 1350 cm^2

area of the park with Path=45+2.5+2.5×30+2.5+2.5=1750cm^2

there fore ,

area of the park is = area of park with Path - area of rectangular park

=1750-1350=400cm^2
