By alternate angles,
AEB = BEF = x
BEC = 36. So, CEF = y = x - 36
Join CD AND EF using a perpendicular line, cutting off CD and EF at P and Q respectively.
So, CPF and EQP are 90 degrees.
CPQE is a quadrilateral. So, x - 36 + 90 + 90 + 130 = 360
⇒ x = 86
So, y = 86 - 36 = 50.
