meanwhile TCS limited has passed a resolution in the extra ordinary general

meeting as on 27 july 2016 for Mr ram appointed as director on the basis of

application number generated after filing of application. ROC made an objection

for such appointment that on the basis of application number no individual can be

appointed as a director as per sec 152(2) appointment of director, whether

contention of ROC tenable as per law? C​
