Acceleration due to gravity does not depend on mass. It remains same for each object. Since stone and pencil are falling in a vacuum, there will be no air resistance on them. Hence, time taken for them to reach the ground will be same.

because paper has a thin layer and ball has round shaped it's volume increases. That's why paper flys and ball dropped the ground first on releasing from top of the building, simultaneously.
