Given :  Aron says that the area of a triangle with base 10k and height 3 is larger than the area of a rectangle with length 5 and width 3k.

To Find :  Is Aron correct   ?

Solution:

area of a triangle with base 10k and height 3

Area of Triangle = (1/2) base * height

= (1/2) * 10k * 3

= 15k sq units

area of a rectangle with length 5 and width 3k.

Area of rectangle = length * width

= 5 * 3k

= 15k  sq units

15k = 15k

hence Area of Triangle  = Area of rectangle

=> Aron is not correct as both areas are equal
