Angle AOB= 180-50-40 ( Sum of angles of a triangle)
Angle OCD= 40 (Being alternate angles)
Angle ODC = 50 (Being alternate angles)

A C = A B = 40° (alternate angle)

A AOB = 180°- (40° + 50°) = 180°- 90° = 90° (angle sum property)
