4⁴÷2²n=2⁶

4⁴-2⁶=2²n

256-64=4n

192=4n

192/4=n

48=n

or

n=48

The value of n is 1.

Given: The expression 4⁴ ÷ ( 2² × n ) = 2⁶

To Find: The value of n.

Solution:

We can solve the numerical by applying BODMAS, which states that an expression containing mathematical identities must be solved using the priority of:-

          B - Brackets

           O - Order

           D - Division

           M - Multiplication

           A - Addition

           S - Subtraction

Coming to the numerical, the expression is;

           4⁴ ÷ ( 2² × n ) = 2⁶

It can be written in accordance with BODMAS as,

       ⇒ n = 4⁴ ÷ ( 2² × 2⁶ )

       ⇒ n = 4⁴ ÷ ( 4 × 4³ )

       ⇒ n = 4⁴ ÷ 4⁴

       ⇒ n = 1

Hence, the value of n is 1.
