B) - Green leaves have a lot of moisture in them. This moisture does not allow them to catch fire easily.

C) - Kerosene oil and wood do not catch fire on their own at room temperature because the ignition temperature of kerosene oil and wood are higher than the room temperature.

D) the temprature of the paper cup does not reach its ignition temprature. Thus the paper cup does not burn. The paper cup containing water does not catch fire because water does not let the paper reach its ignition temperature, i.e. the lowest temperature at which a substance can catch fire
