Given :-

• Number of girls = 160

Find :-

• Total Number of student in schools.

Explanation

Let,

• Number of boys = 8x
• Number of girls = 5x

According to question,

==> 5x = 160

==> x = 160/5

==> x = 32

Then,

==> 8x = 8 × 32

==> 8x = 256

Now, Calculate total Number of student

==> Total Number of student = 160 + 256

==> Total Number of student = 416

Hence

• Total Number of student will be = 416
