it forms a quadrilateral with two tangents and two radii so we know that tangent makes a right angle with radii and sum of all the angels of a quadrilateral =360
hence 118+90+90+β=360
therefore β=62°
hence angle between tangents is 62°
hence 118+90+90+β=360
therefore β=62°
hence angle between tangents is 62°
