Step-by-step explanation:

we can check this by using discrimanat formula

d =  {b}^{2}  - 4ac

so here a = 1 , b = 99 , c = 127

so putting the values

d =  {99}^{2}  - 4(1)(127)

d = 9801 - 508 \\  = 9293

so here d is positive and we know

I. d > 0,2 distinct real roots

ii. d = 0 , two equal real roots

iii. d<0 , no real roots

here d is greater than 0 , so 2 distinct real roots.

and we can say that all coefficient are positive so the roots will be negative

therefore the answer will be B. both negative
