Sulphur is the item that if it weighs 2kg in dry state, will weigh 1kg in water because of buoancy, and 3kg when burning because oxygen gets added.

Sulphur has an atomic number of 16, and oxygen has an atomic number of 8.

Therefore when Sulphur and Oxygen combine on a one on one basis, the product will weigh 1.5 times more than Sulphur, therefore 2kg of Sulphur will weigh 3kg after burning.
