Answer: product of -4/17 and -3/5 is \frac{-4}{17} * \frac{-7}{9}

=\frac{28}{153}

let the number to be added is x

=>\frac{28}{153} +x = - \frac{7}{9}

=> x=-\frac{7}{9} -\frac{28}{153}

=>x=-\frac{18}{100}

=- 0.18

so, -0.18 should be added to get the required no.
