The basic rule for divisibility by 4 is that if the number formed by the last two digits in a number is divisible by 4, the original number is divisible by 4

example 204 last 2 digit are divisible by 4 hence 204 is divisible by 4

Sum the digits. The result must be divisible by 9.

lets take 702

so add digits 7 + 0 + 2 =9 hence 702 is divisible by 9
