Hope you are doing well. In daily life, we all face a lot of stressful situations. Our unique reactions and perspective toward those situations define us.
Everyone has a different way of dealing with things. Unfortunately, some people take it negatively. This affects their overall development, their relationship with themselves and with other people.
In stressful situations, we should keep away from messy and negative thoughts. We need to think clearly and in the direction that solves the issues, rather than increasing them.
I know you go through the same situation. This is the reason, I recommend you to meditate. I understand it sounds boring. Even it seems boring and frustrating to do.
But, if it's boring and unhelpful, then why do numerous people find solutions by it. You need to believe your guide in the process of doing meditation. And the most important thing that will help you is, believing in yourself and meditation.
If you meditate because I or anyone else is asking you to, you will never get the results. So, do your research, find your reasons to meditate and live a calm and relaxed life.
