You can compare the human body to a temple, and write some lines about its worth. In the middle of your poem, you can mention on how to stay healthy. Maybe even give a few health tips.

You can end by showing the consequences for remaining unhealthy and by saying that one will lose all his wealth with unhealthyness

As for the rhyme scheme, it is just how the lost word in each line sounds. For example,
