Madam,
With due respect, I, the undersigned, the Head Girl of our School want to state that, I have been learning Karate since past five years, and I have gained black belt, completing the final course. I too have achieved many medals in Karate and Self defense.
Being a part of Karate, I, know how effective it is for self defense. And we all know how necessary it is for girls in present situation. Therefore, I would like to request you to permit me to conduct a self defense camp for all the girl students of our school. In the case of your positive response, I have to invite our coach as an instructor of the camp.
I would be grateful to you if you kindly give me permission for this.
