Dear Sir,

I am sorry to inform you that about a month ago, I had purchased an Ultra HD LED Smart T. V. set of Phillips brand from your outlet vide Cash Memo No. 0548 dated September 5, 2021 having  one year warranty period. For about a week after purchasing, its performance was satisfactory. But to my utter disappointment, it has started giving trouble since last two weeks. The T. V. set is not functioning properly. The display of the T. V. turns black from time to time as well as there are colourful shadows on the side of the screen. Even the sound quality is not good and it keeps on fluctuating automatically. Moreover, some buttons of the remote is also not working. I am really dissatisfied with your product as it has started creating problems within one month of purchasing.
