Discipline The Life :

Classes , schools are probably able to to teach students discipline nowadays . Keeping control over yourself in public is not the meaning of having a discipline life . Discipline is about your personal good not for show off. We are nowadays forgetting what a discipline life should be . This is not the fault of students or a single person . Having such a stressful life with fixed and tight time to do things somehow dissbalances our time . We should learnt and win over the constraint of the time provided .

Discipline life includes a good health and a good health tells you to have good physical workout . The best and most effective way to workout is yoga . Yoga is something which has originated from India and nowadays followed everywhere else except India . Yes this is a strange fact ! The saints used to teach yoga over 5000 years ago . Few saints started going to different country and started teaching them . Because most probably they knew that the people of upcoming generation will lack physical workout , and yes ! It happened today . Today so many BP patients , heart patients and else approach to doctor and doctors too advice them to approach to daily yoga practice . They narrate immense benefits of yoga and even give tips for special yogasanas . In this hustle bustle life it has become very important to provide a link to yogas also in life . It has proved in surveys that it is capable of changing one's life completely. We can also have fun having its benefits of physical , mental and psychological benefits .
