Sir,
I am a resident of Sky locality, B-Block, Sector-19, Noida. The locality is witnessing frequent diggings by various departments namely electricity, water supply, sewage, telephone etc. for a few months.
The diggings have caused problems to elders of locality members as well as to the passage of vehicles. Emergency conditions see worse situations for patients.
In my suggestion, all the underground functions to be carried out by various departments should be merged. Collective work once will be beneficial for all and is highly recommended by locality members as a measure.
