given LM NP is a parallelogram and angle MLN is equals to 30 degree

so LM will be parallel to PN and L N is the transversal

so angle MLN= angle LNP=30°=angle x

now in triangle MLN

angle MLN= 30° , angle LNM=90°

so by angle sum property of triangle

angle MLN+angleLNM+anglez= 180°

30°+90°+angle z=180°

angle z= 180°-120°=60°

and angle y will be equals to angle z because the opp. angles of a llgm are always equal
