Acc. To Me,
Your Ans is 3515

Just change both in one unit i change it to cm
100cm=1m
950cm=9.5m
740cm=7.4
Area required whole room
740*950=703000cm²
Area of single piece
20*10=200cm²
Number of tile= Area
1 = 200
means 1 tile have 200cm sq then
how many tile in 1 cm²
1/200 = 200/200
1/200 tiles = 1 cm²
1/200 tile require cm² then
how many tile require 703000 cm²
703000/200=703000*1
3515 tile=703000cm²
means 3515 tile require in room
