Q3. As the Purchase Manager of R. K. Engg. Company, Mumbai, you had sent an order for 15 scanners to National Systems Ltd., Delhi, but you received only 12 scanners on delivery. Write a letter to the G. M. (Sales and Marketing) of NSL making a complaint and asking him to send the remaining three scanners.

I had placed order for 15 scanners on September 10, 2019. I received the delivery of the scanners on September 28, 2019. However, I regret to inform you that only 12 scanners have been delivered. I had stated in my letter that we urgently needed 15 scanners.  

Kindly supply the remaining scanners at the earliest. Looking forward to hearing from you.
