I regard this question as the most critical since I do believe that every child is a genius. The problem is that we have an expectations that every child should learn in the same way. This question relates to the notion of inclusive education. Many of us of have noted that some children do not perform very well in school but tend to flourish in their work environments for post school environments. The reason for this success often relates to people finding their niche in the world or are able to to exploit their intelligences. All of us weird differently.
