3-Integrity means following your moral or ethical convictions and doing the right thing in all circumstances, even if no one is watching you. Having integrity means you are true to yourself and would do nothing that demeans or dishonors you.

4-Take responsibility and don't make excuses for the failure. Show what you learned from the experience. Talk about how you've used the experience to become better at your job and to avoid similar mistakes. ... It's better to share a one-time failure that you quickly learned from and moved past.
