Junk foods are considered unhealthy because of less nutrition.

  • Most of fast foods like pizza, burger, etc., are junk foods.

  • These food generally contains chemicals or additives like natural beef flavour, potassium bromate, propylene glycol, calcium sulphate, etc.

  • Junks foods are usually high in sodium resulting in headaches, migraines, bloating,etc.
