3(3x-1/2x+3)- 2(2x+3/3x-1) =5/3

9x - 3/2x + 9 - 4x - 6/3x + 2 = 5/3

5x - 21/6x + 11 = 5/3

9/6x + 11 = 5/3

9/6x = 5/3 - 11

9/6x = - 18 / 3

x = -18/3 × 6/9

x= -4
