Q3 The main road leading to your colony has three open man-hole causing frequent accidents night. Also , its get so dark after 7 in the evening in winter that the children and women cannot venture to move along at night-time . Subject: Man Hole Causing Frequent Accidents 
Sir,
Through the columns of your esteemed newspapers, I would like to draw the kind attention of the concerned authorities towards the frequent accidents caused by the three deadly man hole in the main road leading to our colony. There is no proper lighting in the streets, it gets very dark after 7 pm in the winters. This all leads to frequent accidents taking place. Small kids, ladies and old people suffer a lot with these man holes. 
The eyes of the authorities is not reaching to these man holes.
At least, covering these man holes with the proper lids and providing proper lighting can resolve this problem.

Sub : Letter to government on  frequent acccidents 
Dear sir , 
I would like to draw your attention towards the main road of our colony has three openings which causes more of accident in the winter as it is too dark in the evening from seven , women and children could not go out for  along time & recently three man caught in with these holes and got dead . this lead to fear in the people residing in the place..
 I would request you  that you should put some lights at the poles so that it would be visible to see at night & put a proper cover over it  ...  I would request you to take some severe action against it ..
