v = 15m/s²
a = 2m/s²
From the equation,
v²=u²+2as
=> 25²=20²+2×2s
=> 625 = 400 +4s
=>625-400 = 4s
=>225 = 4s
=>s = 56.25m
Distance covered by train = 56.25m.

Use the formula V^2=U^2-2as
here V=25,U=20 and a=2
by substituting, we get
25*25=20*20+2*2*s
625-400=4s
225/4=s
hence the distance covered is 225/4
