To whom it may concern,

I arranged fora trip for fifty students of my school through your tourism company. I had high hopes for it but it did not fulfil my expectations. The food that was provided by you was very low in quality. Other facilities turned out to be unsatisfactory due to them being sub standard in nature. I would request the director of this agency to stop making  a fool out of people by promising them facilities they are unable to provide.
