It is highly unlikely that you can find the thickness. The smallest measure marked on a 10 cm ruler is probably 1 mm. The thickness of a sheet of regular paper is 0.004 inches which is 0.1016 mm, too small to measure with your ruler. HOWEVER, there is a way to quite accurately calculate it. Count out a known number of sheets of the paper which is 100. Measure the stack and divide the answer by the number of sheets in your stack.
