Step-by-step explanation:

A family in your neighbourhood has been quarantined due to COVID-19 health crisis. Write a

Given that,

sides of the triangle are 40m, 24m, 32m

Let a = 40m, b = 24m & c = 32m

we know,

Side of triangle = a+b+c/2

  • 40m+24m+32m/2
  • 96m/2
  • 48m

According to heron's formula,

area =  \sqrt{s(s - a)( s- b)(s -c )}  \\ area =  \sqrt{48(48 - 40)(48 - 24)(48 - 32)}  \\ area =  \sqrt{48(8)(24)(16)}  \\ area =  \sqrt{147456}  \\ area = 384 {m}^{2}

Therefore, the area of triangle is 384m^2
