Let the width of rectangle=x

Then length of the rectangle = 3x

Perimeter of the rectangle = 96cm

2(l+b) = 96m

X+3x = 48

x = 12cm

Breadth of rectangle = 12cm

Length of rectangle = 3×12=36cm
