suggested by Taylor:-
(a) Functional Foremanship,
(b) Standardization and simplification of work.​

(a) Functional foremanship=It is an effective worker management concept postulated by Taylor. It defines that for optimizing workers performance and time, he needs to supervised by different during the process of work.

(b) Standardization and simpification of work = Standardization refers to the process of setting standards for every business activity. it can be standardization of process ,raw material ,time, product, machinery ,methods or working conditions. Simpification aims at eliminating unnecessary diversity of products.
