(I) Properties of magnetic field is: They seek the path of least resistance between opposite magnetic poles. They never cross one another. They all have the same strength.

(ii) Inside the solenoid, the field lines are parallel to the axis of the solenoid. It indicates that the magnetic field is the same (uniform) at all points inside the solenoid.
