Solution:

A farmer plans to plant as many saplings as the number of rows

Let say he plan to seed  x number of rows

Then  seeds required

= x²

let say he need n more seeds

then x² = 750 + n

√750 = 27 .37

=> x = 28

=> 28² = 750 + n

=> 784 = 750 + n

=> n = 34

He need 34 more seed

& number of rows  = 28
