I__________, on behalf of my locality, with to draw your kind attention towards the scarcity of water our locality is facing. Water is one of the most important elements without which a person can't live. It's a precious gift by the nature.
Due to this increasing problem of water scarcity, the people who don't even waste water have to suffer and delay in their domestic works. There needs to be concern raised about this issue, people need to be well aware of if we waste water, we'll be the only sufferers.
If we don't think of remedies from now, people over the other localities may face the same problem. There should be a rain harvesting technique in every house. Also, trees bring rainfall. So, there can be a plant sapling day every month. People must not be allowed to leave the pipes running.
I hope you'll take this matter to your consideration and take actions about it.
