As we know that Perimeter of rectangle is calculated by
- Perimeter of Rectangle = 2(l+b)
Where,

Substitute the value we get
2 { (5x + 6) + (2x+66)} = 186cm
2 { 5x +6 + 2x + 66} = 186
2 { 7x + 72) = 186
7x + 72 = 186/2
7x +72 = 93
7x = 93-72
7x = 21
x = 21/7
x = 3
