When animals die they decompose and become natural fertilizer plants. Plants depend on animals for nutrients, pollination and seed dispersal.

We all know that animals take oxygen from the air and leaves carbon dioxide into the air whereas plant takes carbon dioxide and leaves oxygen into the air. So both of these helps each other in the gas exchange process.
