AnswEr :-

  • Value of x is 20.

Given :-

  • The angles of a quadrilateral are 4 (x - 2), 3 (x + 1), 5x - 3, 2 (3x + 4)

To Find :-

  • Value of x

SoluTion :-

We know that the sum of all angles of a quadrilateral is 360°.

Now,

According to question :-

4 (x - 2) + 3 (x + 1) + (5x - 3) + 2 (3x + 4) = 360

→ 4x - 8 + 3x + 3 + 5x - 3 + 6x + 8 = 360

→ 4x + 3x + 5x + 6x - 8 + 3 - 3 + 8 = 360

[ put like terms together ]

→ 4x + 3x + 5x + 6x = 360

→ 7x + 11x = 360

→ 18x = 360

→ x = 360/18

→ x = 20

Hence, the value of x is 20.
