Answer:

2√14 cm^2

Step-by-step explanation:

ɢɪᴠᴇɴ:

The sides of a triangle are 3cm , 5cm and 6cm.

ᴛᴏ ғɪɴᴅ:

The area of the triangle.

ᴀɴsᴡᴇʀ:

Given sides are

3cm

5cm

6cm

We know by Heron's formula ,

★Area = √s(s - a)(s - b)(s - c)★

Where s is semi perimeter and a , b and c are side lengths.

Here , s = a+b+c/2 = (3+5+6)cm/2 = 7cm.

=> Area = √ 7 (7-3)(7-5)(7-6) cm²

=> Area = √ 7 × 4 × 2 × 1 cm²

=> Area = 2√14cm².

Hence the required answer is 2√14 cm².
