This is to inform you that my recently purchased washing machine (Make: Samsung, Model: NX355) is defective and currently non-functional. The machine's button panel does not seem to have any power supply. So, I cannot even turn it on.

The visiting service engineer recommended a replacement, since it is a manufacturing defect, and the machine is within the warranty period. The machine was purchased from your store on the 23rd of April, 2021. Please refer to the attachments for copies of the bill and warranty card.
